Membership

Contributions or gifts to the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA) may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Membership dues are NOT deductible as a business expense due to the level of lobbying expense paid by the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants.  Questions about the valid tax deductibility should be discussed with your tax advisor.
